About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Manager to lead Agile/Scrum processes across distributed product teams. The Scrum Manager will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to manage virtual teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as Scrum Master for 1–3 Agile teams.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
